Welcome to PullDeal. By accessing or using the PullDeal mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

Points may be purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using the respective native in-app purchase systems.
All prices are displayed clearly before purchase confirmation.
Points are credited immediately upon successful payment confirmation by the relevant app store provider.

In accordance with applicable law, once digital content has been fully delivered with prior express consent, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
Except where required by applicable law or mandated by Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies, purchases of Points are non-refundable.
Refund requests may be subject to the policies and procedures of the relevant app store provider. PullDeal does not guarantee refunds and reserves the right to evaluate refund requests where legally required.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
PullDeal operates a competitive bidding system based on Points:
All expiration times and deal-specific rules are displayed within the App.
PullDeal does not guarantee that any user will win a deal.
Rewards and prizes may be provided directly by PullDeal or by third-party businesses.
Rewards are subject to availability and may be modified, substituted, or discontinued where necessary.
PullDeal is not responsible for the quality, availability, legality, or fulfillment of products or services provided by brands, businesses, or third-party sellers.
The referral program allows users to invite others to join PullDeal.
Users may receive bonus Points or incentives when referred users complete qualifying actions, as specified in the App.
PullDeal may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
Abuse of the referral program, including but not limited to fake accounts, fraud, or manipulation, may result in forfeiture of rewards and account termination.
You agree not to:

You acknowledge that certain content you provide, including profile information and reviews, may be visible to other users within the App.
The App, including its design, software, content, logos, and trademarks (excluding user-generated content), is owned by PullDeal and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, process, and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be lawfully excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
PullDeal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to PullDeal in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This limitation does not apply in cases of fraud, willful misconduct, death, personal injury, or where liability cannot legally be limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PullDeal and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for security or legal reasons.
You may terminate your account at any time through available account settings or by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature survive termination shall remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated through the App or other reasonable means.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your place of residence in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
If you reside outside the European Union, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable under the laws of your country of residence.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and PullDeal.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
