PullDeal is a deal-bidding platform where you can bid on exclusive deals featuring products, experiences, and vouchers from different brands. Instead of buying at full price, you spend points to place bids and compete to win deals at a fraction of their value.
Creating an account and browsing deals is completely free. You earn your first points through tasks, the daily reward, and by referring friends. Additional points can be purchased in the app whenever you need them.
PullDeal is currently available only in Spain. Open the app and check the Deals section to see the active deals available in your region. We are expanding continuously, so stay tuned for new regions.
Download the PullDeal app, tap “Sign Up”, and register with your email address, continue with Google, or use Sign in with Apple if you are using iOS. After verifying your email, you can start earning points and then explore available deals.
On the login screen, tap “Forgot password?” and enter your email address. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) by email. Enter the OTP in the app to verify your identity and create a new password. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use the relevant sign-in option instead.
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your account will be scheduled for deletion and permanently removed within 30 days. Any remaining points will be forfeited and this action cannot be undone.
No, each person is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain extra points or bid advantages is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in all accounts being permanently banned.
Each deal has a prize, such as a product, experience, or voucher, a starting bid, and an expiry time. Some deals may also have a participant limit, which will be shown on the deal page. You place a bid by spending points. When the deal expires, the highest bidder wins the prize. If you are outbid, your bid points are automatically returned to your balance. However, for each deal, the starting bid amount is charged only once and is not returned; instead, it is counted as experience points.
Yes! You can place bids on as many active deals as you like simultaneously, as long as you have enough points. Each deal is independent, so winning or losing one does not affect the others.
If you win a deal, you will receive a push notification and an in-app notification. You can also go to the Deals section, filter by completed deals, and check the deal page, where the winner is shown. If you are the winner, you will see yourself listed there. After you claim the prize, it will appear in “My Prizes” in your profile with its claim status.
Yes. If another user outbids you, your bid points are automatically returned to your points balance. However, the starting bid amount for that deal is not refunded; it is charged only once per deal and added to your experience points instead. You will receive a notification when you are outbid so you can decide whether to bid again.
Each deal specifies a starting bid amount shown on the deal card. Your bid must be higher than the current leading bid. The increment step is also shown so you always know the minimum amount needed to take the lead.
Bids are final and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. Make sure you are happy with your bid amount before tapping Confirm. Points are only returned if you are outbid by someone else, except for the deal’s starting bid amount, which is charged once per deal and is not refunded.
There are several ways to earn points: complete tasks in the Tasks section, collect your daily reward, refer friends using your personal referral link, and level up by gaining experience from achievements and app activity. Each level can increase your daily reward. You can also purchase points packs directly in the app.
Tap the “+” button next to your points balance. Choose a points pack and follow the payment instructions shown in the app. Once the purchase is completed successfully, the points are credited to your balance.
Points do not expire while your account remains active.
Purchases are final once points have been used in bids. If you purchased a points pack but have not used the points, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Purchases that have unlocked an achievement cannot be refunded.
First, check your internet connection. Then try force-closing the app and reopening it. If deals still do not appear, make sure you have the latest version of the app installed from the App Store or Google Play.
Check that notifications are enabled for PullDeal in your phone's system settings. Also make sure you have not turned off notifications inside the app under Profile → Notification Settings.
Pull down on the home screen to refresh your balance. If the balance still looks wrong, tap your points balance to see your transaction history. If you believe there is an error, contact our support team with a description of the discrepancy.
When you win a deal, you will receive a notification. Open the winning deal page and follow the claim instructions there. For physical prizes, you may need to provide a delivery address. For vouchers or digital prizes, the code or relevant claim details will be displayed directly in the app.
Delivery times depend on the prize type and fulfilment process. Physical items typically arrive within 5–14 business days. Vouchers and digital prizes are usually available within 72 hours. You can track your prize status in Profile → My Prizes after you have claimed the prize.
Share your unique referral code from Profile → Referral Program. When a friend signs up using your referral code, you receive bonus points. You may also receive additional reward points if the person you invited wins a deal or purchases a points pack. All referral details and reward conditions are shown in the Referral Program screen in the app.
If you experience an issue with a brand or have not received your prize within the expected timeframe, please use the Help & Support section in the app to submit a support request. Include as much detail as possible so our team can review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Experience helps you level up in the app. As your level increases, your daily reward can also increase, allowing you to earn more points over time. You can gain experience by unlocking achievements and by placing bids on deals. For each deal you bid on, the deal’s starting bid amount is added to your experience points.
